RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each piece at Before NY is carefully sourced, whether pre-loved or in like-new condition. We provide detailed photos and descriptions on every product page so you can shop with confidence. Because many of our items are vintage or second-hand, subtle signs of wear may be present, even if not always visible in the photos. Because of the unique nature of our inventory, all purchases are final sale unless Return Protection is added at checkout.

RETURN PROTECTION

Customers may add Return Protection at checkout for a fee of $25. This optional add-on allows eligible items to be returned under the following conditions:

• Return must be shipped using included return shipping label within 3 days of confirmed delivery
• Item must be returned in original condition
• The Return Protection fee is non-refundable

If Return Protection is not added at checkout, the order is considered final sale and not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us at info@beforeny.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, and we will make it right.
